Accessing the Live Webcast
- • Log in using your professional contact information.
- • Attendance time may be tracked for CPD or continuing education requirements. Please ensure your details are entered accurately.

• If you cannot hear audio, check that:
- Your speakers or headset are connected and powered on.
- Your system audio is not muted.
- Your volume is turned up both on your device and in the player.
If the Live Webcast Is Interrupted
If the stream freezes, stops, or becomes unstable, please try the following:
- Close all non-essential browsers, tabs, and applications.
- Leave only the webcast window open.
- Refresh the browser if needed.
Program Materials
If program materials are available, they will be accessible on the day of the event. Click the “Download Materials” button to retrieve slides or supporting documents.
Questions During the Webcast (Q&A)
Use the “Type Your Question” field located below the video window to submit questions during the live webcast. Your questions will be forwarded to the event team onsite.
